Need a break from your busy routine but can’t get down South?

This relaxing and uplifting one day urban retreat will help you to feel re-energized and peaceful so you can go home with a clearer mind and a feeling of happiness in your heart.  Start your day off by climbing a mountain, enjoy a walk on the beach in the afternoon, eat a delicious nourishing meal, and then end your day next to the campfire cozy and comfortable as you are guided through a soothing sound healing class. Meet like-minded people and experience many of our proprietary classes in a cozy comfy atmosphere.

All of our classes at The Peace Room engage the 5 senses and help you to relax as easily as possible. This is the gift you’ve been waiting to give yourself. Lunch, All snacks, and tea included.

10:45am: Break (snacks and healthy tea in our lounge)

12pm: Delicious Healthy Vegan Lunch, Tea ceremony and Free Time to take a walk or chill out in our lounge area

Catherine Hull: Catherine has been a student of wellness and spirituality since her early years and has witnessed the power of self-healing tools like meditation and energy therapy in her life through overcoming addiction, pain, emotional issues, and low self-worth.  Her own personal journey of learning to heal and love herself has led her to work with others over more than a decade to help raise the level of love and consciousness on the planet.  Catherine approaches health from a wholistic view of body, mind, and soul working together and empowers others to remember that they have the power to heal themselves from within.

Jean-Luc Boissonneault

Jean-Luc Boissonneault is a healer, freedom coach and co-creator of The Peace Room. Author of 8 self-development books. A corporate speaker on stress management and level 2 graduate of the International school of temple arts. He has been helping clients with their health since the age of 17 years old.
