1. What do I need to bring?

You don’t need to bring anything.

2. What do I wear?

This isn’t yoga, you can wear your work cloths or whatever you would want.

3. How long will it take to see results?

You should start noticing a difference on the days you meditate vs the one’s you are not right away. The more you make meditation a routine the more you will start to release a lot of the stress you have. Most people that are meditating consistently say they see a big difference within 30 days.

4. What can I expect to gain from meditation?

As the myth goes, once Buddha was asked the same question:

A man asked Buddha: “What have you gained from Meditation?”

He replied: “Nothing. However, let me tell you what I lost : anger, anxiety, depression, insecurity, fear of old age and death.”

Meditation, is known and proved to enhance one's brain activities in the longer run (increased grey matter, new neural connections). It is used for calming down the brain when in moments of distress, contemplate upon a thought passively, increasing self-control, and what not.
